The Goldilocks solution was designed with mobility in mind. Our goal was always to bring this game changing solution to customers around the world empowering the breakthrough with one additional advantage: local content.

Goldilocks utilizes a mobile spread that can be transported in ~10 high-cube containers to anywhere in the world, including a customer’s site or spoolbase, increasing operating flexibility whilst reducing project lead times, emissions and logistics costs.

The complete spread can be assembled from or disassembled into containers in less than 2 weeks.

EACH PIECE OF EQUIPMENT DESIGNED WITH A “MOBILE-FIRST” VISION

  • GDLXTM coating is applied through a simple flow process and eliminates the slow, complex, multi-layered industrial and chemical procedures involved with the incumbent MLPP solution, enabling line pipe to be coated three to five times faster.
  • GDLXTM modular and containerized mobile spread requires less than 20% of the space of a comparable extrusion (GsPP or MLPP) process with significantly less utilities.
  • Automation and design simplicity enables use of freshly trained domestic workforces, allowing customers to achieve very high levels of local content.
